1) General Import Agency
The procedure in which the customer who entrusts Jemico with the agent becomes the direct
holder of the importer. (Importer of the “Certificate/Declaration of Importation” ) The customer
directly handles the transaction with the seller, such as the payment of the purchase contract
price, and Jemico handles only the logistics and import procedures.
Therefore, the customer must bear the risks arising from the contractual relationship with the seller.
2) General Export Agency
Upon consignment from a customer, Jemico becomes an importer on the
Certificate/Declaration of Importation, proceeds with the import procedure, and delivers to
domestic customer.
