Interpretation Time

   All times from the beginning to the end, except for 1 hour

   lunch (including breaks)

   *(However, if an interpreter is provided during lunchtime, it is

     included in the interpreting time. Lunch can be excluded for

     up to 1 hour)

Cancellation Compensation Fee

   In case of cancellation after signing the interpretation contract,

   a cancellation compensation fee will be charged, 30% of 4-7 days

   before, 40% of 2-3 days before, 50% of cancellation the day

   before, and 100% of cancellation on the day.

Number of Interpreters

   Simultaneous interpretation must consist of two or more people

   (even if it is 30 minutes), and 3 people may be involved depending

   on the difficulty and time of the meeting.

Pre-meeting Fee

   A separate pre-meeting before the day of interpretation is charged

   200,000KRW per person per hour, and the pre-meeting held on

   the day of the conference is included in the interpretation time.

   *(In areas other than Gimhae, domestic and overseas travel

     insurance is additionally charged separately from the

     pre-meeting fee)

Meeting Organization Fee

   An additional charge of 5-10% of the total interpreter fee will be

   charged depending on the difficulty in the organization of the

   interpreter team and the tightness of the request time.

Night Interpreter

   An additional fee of 50,000KRW per person per hour is charged

   for interpretation between 22:00 and 06:00.

   (In case of recording, the extra nighttime interpretation fee is

   excluded but the recording fee will be charged)

Recording (Screen, Audio)

   Recording of interpretation is possible only if agreed with the

   interpreter in advance, and 50% of the interpretation fee for

   internal collection and 100% for public use and broadcasting

   is added.

   The same standards apply when interpretation is conducted

   through online video conference.

   If a large number of unspecified audiences access the public

   link and listen to the interpretation or read the interpretation

   with subtitles, it is considered as a broadcast and 100% of the

   interpretation fee is added.

    *After recording, if you make a booklet and use it as an internal/external document,

      100% of the interpretation fee is additionally applied.

Business Trip(Domestic)

 · Travel time compensation fee (compensation for travel time on the day

   before the start of the meeting or the day after the last day of the meeting)

   - 1 Day : 150,000 KRW

 · 50,000 KRW of per diem when away from residence (Gimhae)

   (during interpretation schedule)

 · 150,000 KRW per day if there is no meeting during the period of stay

   (no per diem)

 · The cost is borne by the organizer for round-trip transportation.

   (the transportation method that requires the shortest time)

   - In the case of domestic use, flight is in principle, but the KTX train is

     available when there is no airport on a destination.

   ※ Fuel costs should be supported when using an interpreter's

       personal vehicle depending on the transportation reason.

 · The cost is borne by the organizer for accommodation during the

   interpretation period (hotel-class room per person)

Business Trip(Overseas)

 · Travel time compensation fee (compensation for travel time on the day

   before the start of the meeting or the day after the last day of the meeting)

   - 1 day: 200,000 KRW

   ※ At least 1 days each before and after the meeting when the flight time

       exceeds 8 hours.

   ※ At least 2 days each before and after the meeting when the flight time

       exceeds 16 hours.

 · 50,000 KRW of per diem when away from residence (Gimhae)

   (during interpretation schedule)

 · 200,000 KRW per day if there is no meeting during the period of stay

   (no per diem)

 · The cost is borne by the organizer for round-trip airfare, travel to business

   and accommodation (hotel-class room per person), during the

   interpretation period

Others

 A: Transportation costs are determined based on the KTX first class seat.

 B: The interpreter can use a taxi from the train station or bus terminal to

     the interpretation place.

     (Limited to the case of prior approval of the customer)

① Differential unit price applied according to the difficulty, field,

      and urgency of the original text

② Up to 50% extra for urgent (same-day) translation / up to 30%

     extra for express translation

③ Rate including the cost of supervision by a native speaker of the

      target language

④ It is not possible to provide a separate proofreading service for

     non-Jemico translations.

     (only possible when the full translation fee is paid)

⑤ The minimum amount of basic translation fee of 100,000KRW

      is applied under 100,000KRW.

⑥ Inspection fee after the first printing
